The Companies Tribunal, a member of the Department of the Trade and Industry (DTI) group of organisations, is inviting applications from unemployed South African graduates with a National Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management (HRM) to apply for their 2016 Human Resource Management Internship. Interns will be paid a monthly stipend for the duration of the internship.
What are the requirements?
To be considered for this internship, applicants are required to meet the following minimum requirements:
- Have a three-year National Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management (an Honours degree will serve as an advantage);
- Have excellent communication skills in English;
- Have excellent computer skills and be customer service-oriented;
- Have a willingness to learn, and be energetic and a hard-worker; and
- Enjoy working with people and have an interest in employees.
What will I be doing in this internship?
Should you be appointed, the following are some of the duties you will perform:
- Be involved in the Companies Tribunal’s HR Projects;
- Create an enabling environment for the delivery of increased business results;
- Provide support in training, recruitment, and performance management amongst others; and
- Be responsible for general Human Resource Administration.
