South African electricity producer, Eskom, is inviting applications for its 2016 Electrical Learnerships / Apprenticeships from unemployed South Africans with a Technical Matric or relevent Nated (N) courses with will be based at its Operating Unit in KwaZulu-Natal. There are 93 spaces on the programme and learners will be trained to become qualified artisans in Electrical Engineering. Learners will be paid a monthly allowance for the duration of the programme.
What are the requirements?
In order to be considered, applicants should meet the following minimum requirements:
- Have a technical Grade 12 / Matric; or
- an N3, N4, N4, N6 in Electrical (Heavy Current) with the following subjects: Industrial Electronics, Electro Technology, Mathematics and Engineering Science.
