Eskom 2016 Experiential Training (Chemical)

Eskom is inviting applications from unemployment South Africans with a Matric and a completed S4 (Semester 4), towards a National Diploma in Chemical Engineering or Analytical Chemistry, for their 2016 experiential training opportunities which will be based at Eskom’s Kusile Power Station in Mpumalanga, South Africa. There are ten (10) spaces available on this experiential programme. A monthly stipend will be paid for the duration of the experiential training.

What are the requirements?

To be considered for the Chemical Engineering and Analytical Chemistry Experiential Training opportunities at Eskom’s Kusile Power Station, you have to meet the following requirements:

  • Have a Grade 12 certificate;
  • Completed S4 towards your National Diploma in Analytical Chemistry or Chemical Engineering;
  • Be computer literate;
  • Be able to communicate well (written & verbal);
  • Be willing to work shifts;
  • Have report-writing and analytical skills; and
  • Have organising and planning skills.
