Eskom’s Arnot Power Station in Mpumalanga is inviting applications for its 2016 Experiential Training opportunities in Light Current Electrical Engineering from unemployed young South African with a completed S4 (Semester 4) OR N6 in Electrical Engineering (Light Current). The experiential opportunities are available to South African citizens who meet the qualification requirements and are also in possession of a valid driver’s license. Experiential learners will be paid a monthly stipend for the duration of the training contract.
What are the requirements?
- Must have completed S4 (towards your National Diploma) or N6 in Electrical Engineering (Light Current);
- Be a South African citizen with valid driver’s license;
- Have good verbal and written communication skills;
- Be emotionally resilient;
- Be able to perform physical work;
- Have a positive attitude and be a team player;
- Be safety conscious and able to understand technical concepts; and
- Be self-disciplined, committed and responsible.
