The West Rand District Municipality in Gauteng is inviting applications from unemployed South African citizens for its 2016 18-months-long Experiential Training / Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Programme. The programme is open to South Africans with a completed N6 qualification in Office Assistant, Management Assistant, Business Management or Legal Secretary or closely related N6. Trainees will be appointed in one of two training areas, namely Office Administration and Legal Secretary, depending on their qualification.
What are the requirements?
Depending on the training area you are interested in, the following are required:
- Office Administration: you need an N6: Office Administration OR N6: Management Assistant OR N6: Business Management;
- OR
- Legal Secretary: you need an N6: Legal Secretary.
How to apply?
Send a covering letter clearly stating the position you are applying for (Office Administration or Legal Secretary), certified copies of academic qualifications and a copy of your curriculum vitae must accompany all applications. Application must be hand delivered for the attention of the Manager: Human Resource and Development, West Rand District Municipality, Cnr Sixth and Park Street, Monday to Friday between 07:30 and 16:00 up to the closing date (a container for hand-delivered applications will be placed at the RECEPTION AREA); or posted to Private Bag X033, Randfontein 1760. Failure to comply with above instructions and late applications will disqualify applicants.
