Dimension Data 2016 IT Internships

South African specialist Information Technology (IT) solutions and services provider, Dimension Data, is inviting applications for its 2016 IT Internships from unemployed South African graduates with National Diploma,  BTech Degree or IT Degree, A+, N+. These internships will primarily be based in Dimension Data’s head office in Johannesburg, Gauteng. The internship is a 12-months programme which will be conducted in partnership with CTU to enable MSCE certificate for interns. Following the completion of the internship, which starts on 1 April 2016, you will be considered for a permanent job within Dimension Data (not guaranteed). A monthly stipend will be paid to successful candidates for the duration of the internship programme.

What are the requirements?

To be considered, you have to meet the following requirements:

  • Be a South African citizen;
  • Have a relevant National Diploma, BTech or IT Degree, N+, A+ (or higher);
  • Have no criminal record;
  • Have a clear credit record;
  • Have a strong work ethic and be competitive;
  • Have good verbal and written communication skills;
  • Pay attention to detail, have a positive attitude, and be self-motivated;
  • Be willing to learn; and
  • Have problem solving skills and good mathematical aptitude.
