South African publishing firm Novus Holdings, formerly known as Paarl Media, is inviting for its 2016 Public Relations / Corporate Communications Internship from unemployed South African graduates and final year students requiring work experience in order to complete their qualifications. Interns will be based at Novus Holdings in Cape Town, Western Cape and will receive a monthly stipend for the duration of the internship programme.
What are the requirements?
In order to be considered for the Novus Holdings internships, applicants are required to meet then following minimum requirements:
- Have a degree or diploma in any of the following: Communications, Copywriting, Journalism, Public Relations or Marketing (final year students who need practical experience will also be considered);
- The following are not strict minimum requirements but would be very advantageous to have:
- ADVANTAGE 1: a valid drivers license;
- ADVANTAGE 2: minimal work experience gained while studying;
- ADVANTAGE 3: leadership skills/roles proven while in school or at university.
