Eskom is inviting applications for its Trainee Controller Internships to be based at its Germiston and Witbank offices from South African graduates holding a National Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Heavy Current). Interns will be paid a monthly stipend in terms of Eskom policies, for the duration of the internship contract.
What are the requirements?
In order to be considered candidates have to be:
- South Africans with a completed National Diploma: Electrical Engineering (Heavy Current);
- Be able to work in a team;
- Be computer literate;
- Problem solving, as well as planning and organising skills;
- Ability to apply Maths and Science knowledge;
- Technical, electrical equipment and energy conversion process understandin;
- Self-motivation, analytical and cognitive thinking ability; and
- Excellent communication skills particularly verbal communication.
