Agricultural products company, Monsanto, invites applications for its 2016 Human Resources (HR) internship programme to be based at its offices in Fourways, Johannesburg. Applications are invited from candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
What are the requirements?
In order to be considered, candidates have to meet the following minimum requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources
- No previous HR experience necessary
- Good computer and communications skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within a fast paced environment
- Demonstrates initiative
- Ideally with an HR education background
- English language required
- Agile, proactive and willing to learn
