The Office of the South African Public Protector Thuli Madonsela is inviting applications for its 24-months 2017 Trainee Investigator Internships from unemployed young South African graduates with a degree in law or an LLB degree. Internships will be based at various offices of the Public Protector (you can indicate your preferred office in your application letter) and interns will receive a monthly stipend of R6 000.
What are the requirements?
In order to be considered, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Be an young (18-35 years) South Africa; and
- Have an LLB degree or other relevant legal degree.

To apply submit your applications comprising a cover letter (stating that you are applying for the position of Trainee Investigator and the office of the Public Protector you prefer to be stationed in, you can choose between Head Office in Pretoria or any of the any of the provincial offices (click here for details) ), as well as a CV with 3 references and certified copies of ID and qualifications.
