SAB 2016 / 2017 Call Centre Learnerships (Only Matric required)

The South African Breweries (SAB) is inviting applications for its 2016 Call Centre CRR Learnerships which will based at its Customer Interactions Centre in Randburg, Gauteng. The learnerships are open to South Africans with a Grade 12 / Matric certificate who are able to use a computer (particularly be able to use Microsoft Office). Learners will be appointed on 12 months learnership contracts and will be trained in various aspects contact centre operations including: debt collection, time management, telesales, negotiation skills, and receiving and making calls. A monthly stipend will be paid to successful candidates, for the duration of the learnerships.

What are the requirements?

In order to be considered, applicants have to meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Have a Grade 12 / Matric certificate;
  • Be able to use a computer (Microsoft Office) and good typing skills;
  • Must be fluent in English and any another language;
  • Have administration skills;
  • Willing to work on weekends;
  • Candidates with disabilities will be given first preference; and
  • Be able to get to SAB offices in Randburg;
  • The following are NOT strict minimum requirements, but would be advantageous to have:
    • SAP CRM experience;
    • Sales / Marketing qualification;
    • Call centre / sales experience.
