The financial division of German car-maker, Mercedes-Benz, is inviting applications for its 2016/2017 learnerships from unemployed young South Africans with Matric / Grade 12 certificate. The learnership will comprise of a mix of classroom learning (30%) and on-the-job training, and on successful completion learners will receive a Higher Certificate in Business Management at NQF Level 5. For the practical on-the-job training component of the learnership programme, learners will be based at the Mercedes-Benz Campus in Zwarkops, Centurion in Tshwane. A monthly learnership allowance will be paid a monthly allowance.
What are the requirements?
In order to be considered applicants should meet the following minimum requirements:
- Be an unemployed South African youth between the ages of 18 and 25 years;
- Must have passed Matric / Grade 12 with 65% in Mathematics or Accounting or in both;
- Be computer literate in Microsoft Office;
- Have good verbal and written communication skills.
