Unitrans Supply Chain Solutions is inviting applications from unemployed South Africans who passed Grade 10 and possess a valid driver’s license as well as a Professional Driving Permit (PrDP) for its 2016 / 2017 driver learnerships which will be based in Gauteng, Western Cape and North West. The learnership will include class attendance and practical on the job training. Learners will be paid a monthly learnership allowance for the duration of the learnerships.
What are the requirements?
In order to be considered for the 2016/17 Unitrans Learnerships, you have to meet the following minimum requirements:
- Have a valid and unendorsed Code EC driver’s license;
- Have a valid Professional Driving Permit (PrDP);
- Must be between the ages of 24 and 35 years;
- Must have passed Grade 10 or higher;
- Must be able to speak, read and write in English;
- Have NO criminal record;
- Be in good health;
- Be able to count (numeracy); and
- Be willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
