The Water Board serving regions in South Africa’s Gauteng, North West and Limpopo provinces, Magalies Water, is inviting applications for its 2016 Learnerships from unemployed young South Africans with a Grade 12 certificate. The learnerships are conducted in partnership with the Energy and Water Sector Education and Training Authority (EWSETA), and at the successful completion of both the practical and classroom training in the learnership, learners will be awarded the nationally-recognised Certificate in Water Treatment and Process Control at NQF Level 2.
What are the requirements?
In order to be considered you must meet these minimum requirements:
- Be a young South African between the ages of 18 and 35 years;
- Have a Grade 12 certificate with Mathematics and Science as passed subjects or an equivalent qualification.
How to apply?
To apply candidates should submit their application / cover letter stating that they are applying for the Water Treatment and Process Control Learnership Programme. This letter should be accompanied by a comprehensive curriculum vitae (CV), as well as certified copies of qualifications, ID and proof of residence.
