South32, a mining company with operations in South Africa and Australia, is inviting applications for its 2017 Maintenance Learnerships at its Hotazel Manganese Mine in Northern Cape from unemployed South African with an N2 or N3 certificate. The aim of the learnership is to help successful candidates qualify as artisans in any of these trades: Diesel Mechanic, Electrician, Fitter, Rigger/Ropesman, Millwright and Boilermaker. A monthly learnership allowance will be paid to successful candidates for the duration of the learnership programme.
What are the requirements?
In order to be considered for this learnership programme at South32 you must meet the following requirements:
- Have a completed N2 or N3 certificate in Millwright or Electrical;
- Have a driver’s license;
- Be willing to undergo psycometric assessment and panel interview as part of the recruitment process.
