South African alcoholic beverages maker, South African Breweries (SAB), is inviting applications for its 2017 Apprenticeship opportunities at its Chamdor Production facility in Krugersdorp from young South Africans with a Matric certificate and a minimum of an N5 certificate. Apprentices will be paid a monthly allowance for the duration of their apprenticeships, at the end of which they are expected to have qualified as artisans.
What are the requirements?
In order to be considered, candidates should meet the following minimum requirements:
- Have a Grade 12/ Matric certificate with Mathematics OR Science, passed with 50% or more;
- Have a minimum of an N5 certificate in Electrical (Light Current), or Mechanical or Instrumentation;
- Be mentally alert, have analytical and problem solving skills;
- Have Mechanical / Electrical aptitude; and
- Have conceptual skills.
