Novus Holdings, based in Montague Gardens, is currently seeking to employ a Communications Trainee who is looking to gain work experience. The successful candidate needs to have a Qualification (Diploma or Degree) in Public Relations (PR), Communications, Marketing, Copywriting or Journalism and it would be beneficial to also have experience in any of the above-mentioned industries. The successful candidate will report to the Marketing and Communications Manager.
What are the requirements?
You should meet the following minimum requirements for your application to be considered:
- Have a qualification (Diploma or Degree) in Public Relations (PR), Communications, Marketing, Copywriting or Journalism;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (professional);
- Strong grammar skills;
- Exceptional attention to detail;
- Good listener;
- Must have Valid driver’s license;
- Ability to think conceptually and strategically;
- Must be very organised;
- Time management – works well under pressure and can meet tight deadlines, able to multi-task;
- Ability to cope with setbacks, is flexible and can easily adapt to changes;
- Ability to work closely in a small team, but can also work independently without constant supervision;
- Proactive and results driven (passionate, energetic, “go-getter”);
- Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
