Multinational steel manufacturer, ArcelorMittal, is inviting applications for its one-hundred and sixty (160) production learnerships at its Vanderbijlpark Works operations in Gauteng from suitably qualified young South Africans with a Matric / Grade 12 certificate or equivalent certificate. Candidates are required to complete the learnership which comprises both theoretical and on-the-job practical training. A monthly learnership allowance will be paid for the duration of the learnership programme.
What are the requirements?
In order to be considered, applicants should meet the following minimum requirements:
- Be a young South Africa;
- Have a completed Matric / Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification (e.g. N3 or NCV 4);
- Must have passed Maths Literacy or Maths with 45% or more;
- Must have also passed English with 45% or more;
- Ability to complete 12-18 month learnership and interest in being a process operator.
