Starke Ayres, Africa’s leading seed supplier and member of the Plennegy Group, is inviting applications for its 2018 Laboratory Assistant Graduate Opportunity from graduates with a qualification in Agriculture (minimum: National Diploma), and be proficient in communicating in English and Afrikaans. This position is based at at Starke Ayres’ offices in Kempton Park, Gauteng. This temporary position has become available in the Operations Department. This role will primarily focus on assisting with routine laboratory tasks in the Operations Laboratory.
What are the requirements?
To be considered, candidates should meet the following minimum requirements:
- National Diploma in Agriculture
- Communication skills in Afrikaans and English
- Well developed understanding of laboratory processes and equipment
- Seed quality and grading experience will be an added advantage.
