Barloworld Equipment 2018/19 Apprenticeships (Only Matric OR N3 OR FLC + Drivers required)

Barloworld Equipment is inviting applications for its 2018/19 Apprenticeships from suitably qualified South African youth with a Matric certificate or N3 certificate or an Foundation Learning Certificate (FLC) with Mathematics and Physical Science. A driver’s license is also required.
OUTPUTS:
- Successfully complete all theoretical learning
- Successfully complete all practical training and skills assessments
- Apply skills learnt in the workplace
- Complete necessary documentation for required experience building (logbook / training records)
- Maintain a safe working environment (according to safety policy and procedures)
- Achieve individual balances scorecards and Key Performance Indicator’s (KPI’s)
- Effective self-management and performance ownership
REQUIREMENTS OF CANDIDATES:
- Matric with N3 level Mathematics and Physical Science or FLC (Foundational Learning Certificate)
- Driver’s license – Code B (to be obtained before trade test)
- Basic analytical ability
- Basic reasoning
- Basic numerical reasoning
- Spatial visualisations
- Basic verbal comprehension
- Mechanical ability
- Copies of qualifications and/or drivers license to be attached to application
