The Motus IT department has an opportunity for an internhip programme. The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited, to monitor and respond to requests raised with the Helpdesk, provide remote support and respond to any queries in a timely manner. Ensure tickets are completed in accordance with the appropriate Service Level Agreement.
What are the requirements?
In order to be considered, candidates should the following minimum requirements:
- Have a completed Matric;
- Have a drivers licence;
- Desktop support skills;
- Domain knowledge;
- Basic Network knowledge.
