RESPONSIBILITIES AND WORK OUTPUTS
- Exposed to all aspects related to the news – creating of press releases, publishing as well as the approval process around this.
- Execution of the social media strategy for Momentum Investments.
- Managing third parties in order to deliver on social media outputs.
- Support in social media campaigns for Momentum Investments.
- Managing the Executive Associate’s diary and booking of venues for meetings.
- Project co-ordinate all deliverables from the CEO’s office to ensure that deliverables are done with the highest quality and within the given timelines.
COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
- Well-organised with the ability to multi-task
- Excellent organising and administration skills
- Good written and verbal communication
- Fully computer literate in MS Office
- Creative nature and ability to think out of the box
- Flexible with the ability to adapt to change
- Can do attitude
- Confident and well presented
