Applications are invited for the above mentioned position based at TechnoPark in Stellenbosch. The successful applicant will report to the relevant In Trade Capability Manager Sales Centre of Excellence.
Purpose of the Position:
The intention is to give practical work experience to students recently graduated, but are unemployed and require exposure in a work environment, or those in their last year of study and require In-Service Training in order to obtain their qualification. Successful interns will be expected to enter into a 12 month contract commencing 01 February 2020 and terminating 30 January 2021.
Key Performance Areas would include, but are not limited to:
- Project Administration
- Assist with Project Management duties
- Setting up meetings and appointments
- Preparing reports
- Distribution of Communication to all stakeholders
- Organising Venues
- Co-Ordinate the On boarding and Training of Adoption Champions and Super Users
- Collate all internal information to provide feedback to Project Team
- Updating Project Calendar
- Ensuring project adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for project
- Providing administrative support as needed.
- Undertaking project tasks as required
What are the requirements?
- Tertiary education: Degree or Diploma in Business / Project Management
- Decision making and project management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work in cross functional groups within the business unit.
- Results and goal orientated, always able to meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and make a difference.
- Computer literacy – Word, Excel, Power Point
- Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Driver’s License and own transport is essential.
- South African citizen.
- Successful interns will be expected to enter into a 12 month contract.
