Anglo-Australian mining conglomerate, Rio Tinto, is inviting applications for its 2020/2021 Bursary Programme from young South African matric learners and current students. The bursaries are open to persons intending to study or currently studying towards a qualification in various fields including the following: Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Clinical Psychology, Mechatronics Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Financial Accounting, Digital Marketing, Correctional Studies, Chemistry.
What are the requirements?
Requirements:
- Matric with Core Maths and Science preferably a L6 pass
- English Language minimum L5 pass
- Should already have applied to university and been accepted in the discipline you are applying for OR have successfully completed 1st year at University.
- Must be studying or planning to study towards a qualification in any of the following fields: Chemical Engineering; Industrial Engineering; Computer Engineering; Mechanical Engineering; Digital Marketing; Correctional Studies; Chemistry; Computer Science; Clinical Psychology; Mechatronics Engineering; Electronic Engineering; Financial Accounting.
NB: In order to qualify for a bursary opportunity, candidates must be South African citizens.
