Requirements to be eligible:
Contact Centre and BPO Outsourcing NQF 3
- Communication at NQF Level 2 (Must have Grade 10).
- Mathematical Literacy at NQF Level 2 (Must have Grade 10).
- Computer Literacy at NQF Level 3 (Must have Grade 11).
- Clear disciplinary record
Generic Management NQF 4
