The above training does not automatically qualify successful learners to be employed by Nokeng Fluorspar Mine. The training is, however, helpful for career success in all other industries. Successful learners will be assisted to compile their CVs so that they can apply for jobs as is appropriate.
Successful applicants will receive free study materials and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), which must be kept clean and safe at all times. Lectures will be provided by suitably qualified Course Facilitators. The mine will also provide transport assistance to and from the training centre as is appropriate.
The final selection of candidates will be made by a panel consisting of representatives of Nokeng Fluorspar Mine, the training provider and members of the Community Engagement Forum. Successful applicants will be required to undergo a physical fitness check depending on the programme chosen and will also be required to complete an indemnity form.
Applications must be made on the application form (follow the link below) on or before 19 May 2021. Please email the completed application form to [email protected]
