Bearing International is looking to recruit 3 Graduate Interns to work material in the handling cluster in various operations in Johannesburg. This programme will afford unemployed Graduates the opportunity to gain experience and exposure within their field of study. The development programme is aimed at sourcing, developing and making graduates employable within the various divisions while providing on-going support, guidance and training.
The Cluster companies consists of Brewtech Engineering, Bosworth and AstoreKeymak. Each of these companies are South African and specializes in manufacturing and the distribution of high quality branded automotive, industrial and mechanical consumable products, mainly in the southern African region.
Duties and Responsibility:
- Deliver exceptional service within the areas you are placed at.
- Provide an efficient execution of role responsibilities through careful and timeous planning, reporting and updating of all related information in the relevant role of learning
- Participation in knowledge sharing and projects to maximise skills required for the role and relevant career exploration by executing all activities required to be efficient and successful
- Manage graduate own development plan with relevant guidance
What are the Requirements?
To be considered, applicant should meet the following minimum requirements:
- Degree, B-tech or National Diploma
- 1 x Mechanical Engineering (with the intent of Sales)
- 2 x Industrial Engineering
Competencies:
- A hunger to learn;
- Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills complemented with solid interpersonal and leadership skills and high self-confidence;
- Proactive, energetic and result-oriented;
- Youth, recent graduates under the age of 25 with not more than 1 year working experience;
- South African citizens;
- A passion to build strong relationships and a great career and a friendly outlook
