Royal HaskoningDHV is inviting five Graduate Engineers to join the Water Business Unit of Royal HaskoningDHV in the Johannesburg, Umhlanga and Cape Town offices.
- Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for performing entry level engineering analysis, design, planning, review and inspection for small to medium projects
- Computer-aided design
- Prepares portions of project documents
- Edits specifications
- Performs research and investigations
- Prepares moderate design tasks
- Provides input on project documents
- Supports with proposal preparation and market/client analysis
- Provides programming support in projects
What are the requirements?
To be considered, applicants should meet the following minimum requirements:
- BSc or BEng Degree (Civil, Mechanical, Chemical or Electrical Engineering)
- Registered as Candidate Engineer with ECSA
- High level of computer literacy (including advanced Excel skills)
- Programming & codingBehavioural competencies
- Accurate and detail orientated
- Able to meet deadlines and handle pressure
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Strong analytical focus
- Good interpersonal skills and organisational skills (plan and prioritise)
