Nexio is inviting unemployed Law graduates for its Legal Internship based in Johannseburg, Gauteng To assist the legal team with legal agreements and matters.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assessment of legal agreements.
- Providing legal advice on various business legal queries.
- The preparation of wide-ranging research on laws in Africa which impacts Nexio.
- Drafting of minutes of meetings.
- Maintaining administration of legal agreements.
- Undertaking research and preparing papers and detailed reports; and
- Ability to handle volumes of information and to place that information in workable structure.
What are the requirements?
In order to be considered, candidates should meet the following minimum requirements:
- Grade 12
- LLB
- One to two years’ experience in the legal field will be preferred but is not a requirement.
- Experience in conducting research online.
- Excellent organisational skills and time management; and
- Excellent software skills on basic Microsoft programs.
