Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing administrative/clerical support within the HR function
- Participate in HR meetings and such other meetings as may be necessary.
- Booking flights, accommodation
- Ad hoc filing
- Assist with Interviews
- Minute taking.
- Analysis of reports
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, or Related
- NO experience is preferred- i.e the organization is seeking to hire newly graduated candidates.
- Must live in Johannesburg
- Strong grasp of the English language
- Basic skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
