BDO South Africa has a vacancy for an HR Intern within the People & Business Solutions Department, in its Johannesburg office. BDO People and Business Solutions is a team of Human Capital and Business Consulting professionals with extensive industry experience across a range of businesses. We strive to lead the optimisation of individual and business performance on various levels. The HR Intern will perform various administrative tasks and support our People & Business Solutions department’s daily activities. The incumbent must be willing to learn and impact the business positively. The HR Intern will be responsible for supporting the People and Business Solutions team to deliver Personnel/Human Resources/Industrial Relations/Labour Law and Organisational Design solutions to clients.
What are the requirements?
In order to be considered, candidates should meet the following minimum requirements:
- Honour’s Degree in Human Resource Management or Industrial Psychology.
- Registration with the HPCSA as a Psychometrist will be a benefit.

- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent Microsoft skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good organisational and time management skills – ability to handle multiple work streams.
- Exceptional Communication (Written and Verbal) and Interpersonal Skills
