Key Responsibilities

Conducting training related research
Training delivery for newcomer financial advisers
Manage logistic arrangements of courses
Manage course sessions for the duration of the courses
Manage trainees while on course
Provide course feedback
Measurement of transfer and application of knowledge and skills – assist in applying measurement process

Minimum Requirements

1. Qualifications:

Grade 12 or equivalent

A relevant Degree in Commerce / Finance / Law (completed in 2012/2011 or 2010)

2. Experience & Knowledge:

Successful candidate should be unemployed
Preferably no or very limited previous working experience
Knowledge of and experience in MS Office

ASSUPOL is offering unemployed graduates an opportunity to join our organisation for an Internship Program.
Successful applicants will gain exposure to our financial services, corporate environment, products, and services through interaction
with our experienced management & staff members.
The aim of the program is to assist unemployed graduates to gain work readiness skills that will ultimately lead to them to being
employed in the Corporate world.

Opportunities exist in Finance & Risk Management field

The opportunity for the Internship Program is based at Assupol Head Office in Menlo Park, Pretoria.

The internship programme is offered for a period of 12 months with a possible renewal of the internship contract based on performance.
Successful candidates will be required to sign an internship contract for the duration of the internship period

availability of a suitable vacancy.
