This learnership programme will be based at the Sun International Call Centre within its head office in Sandton, Gauteng. A monthly stipend will be paid to successful candidates.

What are the requirements?

SA Breweries Call Centre Learnerships (Only Matric required)

The South African Breweries (SAB) is inviting applications for its 2018/2019 Call Centre / Client Relationship Representative Learnerships which will based at its Central Office in Sandton, Gauteng. The learnerships are open to South Africans with a Grade 12 / Matric certificate who are able to use a computer (particularly be able to use Microsoft Office). Learners will be appointed on 12 months learnership contracts and will be trained in various aspects contact centre operations including: debt collection, time management, telesales, negotiation skills, and receiving and making calls. A monthly stipend will be paid to successful candidates, for the duration of the learnerships.

The learnership programme will provide applicants with an opportunity to enroll for a National Certificate in Food and Beverage NQF 3. Learners will enter into a fixed term contract with Customer Interaction Centre, during which time they will undergo both on-the-job and off-the-job learning, culminating in a national qualification.

What are the requirements?

Have a Grade 12 / Matric certificate (with passed English and another South African language);
Be able to use a computer (Microsoft Office) and good typing skills;
Have basic financial literacy / business acumen;
Have knowledge of local area;
Be between the ages of 18 and 35 years;
Willing to work on weekends;
Be willing to commit to the learnership for a period of 12 months;
Have a valid drivers license (minimum Code 8, NOT endorsed);
Be an unemployed South African;
Have no criminal record and no negative credit record;
Be an employment equity candidate;
Not enrolled in any studies.

Unilever Food Solutions Learnerships (Only Matric required)

The Unilever Learnership is a 1-year programme in the Food Solutions division which will give learners an opportunity to complete a General Education and Training Certificate in Food and Beverage Handling Processes (SAQA ID: 58026). The Learnership is open to unemployed candidates only with no tertiary qualifications. Learners cannot be studying towards a tertiary qualification or participating in another Learnership.
This Learnership will not lead to an opportunity within Unilever Food Solutions & learners will not be based at Unilever – work experience will be gained at various industry sites.

Key responsibilities:

Complete all learnership classes and practical workplace experience
Be prepared to work in FOOD industry and operations environment
Work under supervision in various teams

Aveng Grinaker-LTA is a multi-disciplinary construction group, anchored in South Africa and focused on selected infrastructure, energy and mining opportunities in Africa.
The incumbent will be granted an opportunity to attend a Learnership programme for a duration of 24 months. Progress will be reviewed every 6 months. AECI Chemical Operations Learnerships | Only Grade 12 required

Are you a young South African citizen? Do you have a Grade 12/Matric certificate? South African chemicals and explosives giant, African Explosives and Chemical Industries Limited (AECI), is inviting applications for learnership opportunities that are currently available within its Gauteng and KwaZulu-Natal operations. Lancet Laboratories is looking to employ individuals with Grade 12 (Matric) to be part of the 2018/2019 Phlebotomy Learnership Programme on a 2 year fixed term Learnership Contract, commencing as from February 2018. We welcome applications from persons with disabilities.

A phlebotomist is an individual who draws blood samples and also assist in the collection and transportation of specimens other than venous blood (e.g. arterial blood, urine, tissues, sputum)

To apply you must

Have a valid grade 12 school leaving certificate with English, Mathematics and Life Sciences (D symbol or achievement level 4 or higher)
Be a South African citizen
Have a good command of English language (Written and Verbal)
Have own accommodation in the specified area for the duration of the Learnership
