Duration: The internship program is offered for a period of 24 months. Successful candidates will be required to sign an internship contract for the duration of two years.

Requirements: Unemployed South African Graduates / Post Graduates, with a tertiary qualification in one of the above-mentioned fields of study, and who have not been previously employed under any internship programme, are invited to apply. Applicants should not be above the age of 35 years.

**Governance Graduate:

The successful incumbent will be working with Compliance Manager to provide assistance to the company with identifying, mitigating and managing compliance risks across Sasria and ensure overall

compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements to support the achievement of business goals and targets.

Minimum requirements: Bcom Law/BA Law/ LLB Degree

**Internal Audit Graduate (x2):

The successful graduates will be exposed to the entire auditing function that will enable them to perform internal auditing work and provide consulting services to Sasria’s management, -staff and Agent Companies.

Minimum requirements BTech Internal Auditing / BCOM Internal Auditing

**IT Graduate:

The graduate will be exposed to how the IT department supports end users with all IT related desktop, helpdesk and systems queries. They will also gain exposure to IT Applications and ERP Management through the implementation of the ERP system.

Minimum requirements: Relevant IT Diploma/ Degree

**IT Security Graduate:

The successful candidate will be provided with exposure to security function in the organisation to enable them to ultimately actively protect the organisation’s information technology assets and infrastructure from external or internal threats and ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements regarding information access, security and privacy.

Minimum requirements: A relevant diploma/degree in Information Communication Technology

**Marketing Graduate:

The internship opportunity is tailor-made for an enthusiastic, energetic, result oriented individual who would like to kick-start their work experience in the exciting world of Marketing Management and will be exposed to the entire value-chain of marketing within the organisation.

Minimum requirements: A relevant diploma/degree in Marketing.

**Procurement Graduate:

The procurement graduate will be exposed to the various functions within the procurement department and will ultimately gain exposure in the effective delivery of procurement services to the internal stakeholders. The Procurement graduate will learn to be collaborative, client focused, quality and result oriented in the Procurement department.

Minimum requirements: Bcom Logistics/ Bcom Supply Chain Management

**Administration Graduate:

The successful graduate will not only be exposed to the technical operations of the South African Actuaries Development Programme (SAADP) but will learn to provide administrative support that is in full compliance with internal policies and procedures as well as applicable regulations and laws Minimum requirements: 3-year degree/ NQF level 6 qualification in Administration

Location of the role: The role will be located in Killarney, Johannesburg.

Your Role as an Intern in SNO:

The internship projects we offer can involve a combination of:

  • One or several operational missions or/and projects in the area of supply chain management
  • Contribution to the management of our logistical relations with a customer
  • Upstream Supply Chain design or innovation projects that will transform our supply chain of tomorrow
  • Playing a meaningful role on exciting projects such as crafting the supply chain setups for new products

Qualifications

We are looking for Bachelor’s/Master’s students who:

  • Are born leaders and passionate to make things happen, and this shows in your academic & non-academic achievements
  • Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborate well with diverse groups of people
  • Would like to work autonomously and prove your leadership and innovating spirit
  • Work well with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
  • South African Citizenship
