Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assessment of legal agreements.
• Providing legal advice on various business legal queries.
• The preparation of wide-ranging research on laws in Africa which impacts Nexio.
• Drafting of minutes of meetings.
• Maintaining administration of legal agreements.
• Undertaking research and preparing papers and detailed reports; and 
• Ability to handle volumes of information and to place that information in workable structure.

What are the requirements?

In order to be considered, candidates should meet the following minimum requirements:

• Grade 12
• LLB
• One to two years’ experience in the legal field will be preferred but is not a requirement.
• Experience in conducting research online.
• Excellent organisational skills and time management; and
• Excellent software skills on basic Microsoft programs.
