Mining corporation Samancor is inviting applications for its TFC Boilermaker Learnership from young unemployed South Africans wishing to be trained as Boilermaker Artisans. The minimum requirement for the position is the possession of a Grade 12 or N3 certificate with Mathematics and Physical Science. The Learnership will last for a period of two to three years.

What are the requirements?

Grade 12/N3 (Maths & Science 50%)
Technical Matric or N3 with engineering-related subjects will be advantageous
Hands-on individual with well-written and verbal English communication skills

Kumba Iron Ore is inviting applications for their three-year Artisan Learnership enrichment programme available at their Sishen Mine in Kathu, Northern Cape, the learnership is open to people with an N2 qualification that has the following subjects: Mathematics, Engineering Science, Electrical Trade Theory and Industrial Electronics.

The Three-year Artisan Learnership Programme is an enrichment programme for the community and will enable you to develop skills with classroom and on-the-job/core training at Sishen Mine. This programme will enable you to maximise your potential along with a tailored plan to provide you with a future to make a difference. As you progress through your Artisan learnership programme, we will help you discover your real capability and develop your skills as an Artisan

Training Programmes for Artisan Learners:

1st year: Institutional training at Sivos, Technical Training Centre.

2nd year: On-the-job/core training at Sishen mine.

3rd year: Complete trade test

What are the requirements?

Minimum requirement N2 with Mathematics, Engineering Science, Electrical Trade Theory and Industrial Electronics as subjects.

Do you want to work and obtain a qualification at the same time? Are you passionate about healthcare and delivering superior patient care? Clicks Lyttleton, Centurion, has an exciting opportunity available to complete a Learnership Programme to qualify as a Pharmacist Assistant. Applicants need to have a Grade 12/Matric qualification. A monthly stipend will be paid.
