• Perform quality assurance on resolved complaints after resolved and identify gaps and areas of opportunity to correction
• Analyse survey data and report on findings.
• Categorise outcomes from the survey analysis for easy reporting.
• Assist with tracking and monitoring of actions identified. 
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and yearly root cause analyses on complaints resolved.
• Assist with Complaints reporting requirements.
• Assist with all administrative tasks regarding Program Management on strategic and critical activities.
• Produce reporting on the status of each of the projects and initiatives that will be used across a variety of Committee meetings.

What are the requirements?

Candidates should meet the following minimum requirements:

• Have a Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree;
• Be Microsoft Office competent; and
• Have ability to understand data analytics.
