]]> The company is currently offering a number of internship programmes for various business areas within the organization. Successful candidates will get an opportunity to create solutions to interesting problems within the business organization.

Placement within a specific business area will depend on the qualifications and skills of the successful candidate. From there, interns will receive coaching, hands-on experience and showcase performance results to senior management.

Business areas within Allan Gray that currently require interns are as follows:

  • Retail Client Services
  • Product Development
  • Retail Operations
  • Institutional Fund  Operations
  • Strategic Markets

In addition, interns will be entitled to free lunch, coffee and accommodations (for non-Cape Town residents) for the duration of the internship programme.

What are the requirements?

This internship opportunity is open to applicants who meet the following minimum requirements:

  • In the final year of completing a Bachelor’s degree in:
    • Business Science
    • Mathematics
    • Commerce
    • Actuarial Science
    • Statistics
  • Must have at least a 65% cumulative GPA
  • Possesses solid problem-solving skills
  • With good leadership potential
