What are the requirements?

You have to meet the following minimum requirements:

• Have a completed three year tertiary qualification in Finance, Banking or a related field;
• Have a Grade 12 / Matric qualification;
• Be fluent in English;
• Computer literate;
• NOT be permanently employed; NOT currently studying; NOT enrolled in any other learnership.

Qualifications (No Experience Needed)
You will need a completed 3 year degree or diploma with majors in finance, economics, banking, financial management, financial accounting, business economics, B Comm, marketing, or equivalent with finance or accounting or economics as an additional major or similar from various Universities and Universities of Technology.

You will also need to be currently unemployed; you may be under employment in a non banking and micro- finance job but want a career in banking.

You must not have been involved in prior graduate recruitment programs or a learnership for the broader banking and micro-finance sector. Disabled candidates are welcome to apply for this program.
