The Community Schemes Ombud Services (CSOS), a newly formed regulatory body of community schemes such as Body Corporates and housing associations, is inviting applications from suitably qualified South Africa youths for its 2017 Internship Programme (Ref No.: CSOS/INT/10/2016). Interns will receive a monthly stipend of R5 500 for the 12-months duration of the internship programme.

Interns will be placed nationally and within CSOS national office based in Sandton (see the table below for the regions of placement).

What are the requirements?

Applicants must be South African graduates in any one of the fields specified in the below table and must be between the ages of 18 and 35 years old. Successful interns will be expected to sign an internship agreement.

Marketing Head Office – JHB
Records Administrators Head Office – JHB
Administrators GP / KZN and Western Cape
Assistant Board Secretary Head Office – JHB

Applications, comprising an application letter accompanied by a CV as well as certified copies of qualifications and ID must be addressed to the Acting Executive Manager: Corporate Services, Ms Lindi Sibiya at the Community Schemes Ombud Service (CSOS) by email to: [email protected]

You should clearly indicate the region of placement you applying to, as per the table above.

Closing date: 28 November 2016

Should you not hear from the CSOS in two months after the closing date, accept that your application was unsuccessful. Successful candidates will undergo a competency assessment, enter into a performance agreement and be subject to security clearance processes.
