The Department of International Relations and Cooperation (Dirco) will be implementing a Learnership Programme in Public Service Communication in 2014. Interested and qualifying candidates are invited to apply for the opportunities. On successful completion of the learnership programme will result in the attainment of an FET Certificate in Public Service Communication on NQF Level 6.
