The successful candidate will do the following:

• Prepare presentations/documents/Report/Correspondences
• Scheduled and provide weekly / monthly reports
• Identify and analyze new user requirements
• Africa user and 3rd Party system support & maintenance
• Identify user training & escalate to training dept. (IBS)
• Maintained communication with Staff & Managers
• 3rd Party data integrity checks
• Assist in 3rd Party Systems back end processes/updates
• Attend SLA’s and provide feedback (in house and 3rd party SLA’s)
• Completed test approaches & documentation for Africa business
• Administrate relevant documents (SLA’s & vendor agreements) in the Contracts Management System
• Support and maintenance of all Africa reporting platforms (including new reports, enhancements and debugging)
• Provide basic to intermediate adhoc information in the form of extracts / reports.
• End to end trouble shooting

Minimum requirements:

– Grade 12 (Matric)

– Microsoft Office

– Information Systems Diploma
