]]>The successful candidate will do the following:
- Prepare presentations/documents/Report/Correspondences
- Scheduled and provide weekly / monthly reports
- Identify and analyze new user requirements
- Africa user and 3rd Party system support & maintenance
- Identify user training & escalate to training dept. (IBS)
- Maintained communication with Staff & Managers
- 3rd Party data integrity checks
- Assist in 3rd Party Systems back end processes/updates
- Attend SLA’s and provide feedback (in house and 3rd party SLA’s)
- Completed test approaches & documentation for Africa business
- Administrate relevant documents (SLA’s & vendor agreements) in the Contracts Management System
- Support and maintenance of all Africa reporting platforms (including new reports, enhancements and debugging)
- Provide basic to intermediate adhoc information in the form of extracts / reports.
- End to end trouble shooting
Minimum requirements:
– Grade 12 (Matric)
– Microsoft Office
– Information Systems Diploma
