The Department of Communications invites applications from young people to be trained on the International Computer Driving Licence (ICDL) course. Also invited to apply are unemployed IT Graduates trained at any recognised university or university of technology or institution of higher learning in the Republic of South Africa. IT graduates will not be trained in
