The rationale behind the programme is to increase skills within the company as well as the industry. This programme also addresses succession planning and transformation objectives. This is a generic structured programme that assist companies to expose and develop the interns. | o This Intern would be expected to assist in the collation and analysis of data from multiple sources. ]]>The Cadet Graduate Programme equips successful applicants with the required knowledge of, and skills in, the functioning of the financial sector in general and, specifically, the role of the central bank in the economy. Ultimately, successful graduates will be awarded the Programme in International and Central Banking qualification.
All participants will be stationed at the Bank’s Head Office in Pretoria, starting mid-January to December 2014. During this period they will receive intensive work-based learning facilitated by the South African Reserve Bank College (SARB College). Participants will receive a competitive contract salary for the duration of the programme and an option to join the Bank’s medical aid scheme.
Requirements?
If you are a South African citizen with a degree in the areas of economics, money and banking, accounting, econometrics, business statistics, mathematical sciences, risk management, finance or commercial law, successfully completed during the past two years or are about to complete it by the end of 2013, you are welcome to apply.
