Minimum Requirements
- Matric
- Studying towards – BSc Environmental Science / Environmental Management
- Must have valid driver’s licence
Key Responsibility Areas
- Organising client meetings and functions
- Tender searches and panel registrations
- External Client Feedback tracking
- Updating of marketing documents
- CRM input
- Administration of environmental National Marketing visits
- Technical Assistance on proposals and projects, including
- Assist with public participation processes
- Assist with Internet searches and research
- Presentation preparation
- Administrative assistance on proposals and projects, including
- Project Contact Lists
- Virtual and hard copy filing of new project, administration and marketing files
- Updating legal register and hardcopy filing of legislation
- Assist with sub-consultant vendor registration and contract management
- Diary management, Filing, printing and collating of documents
- Archiving
- Expense and Mileage Claims
- Scheduling of meetings
- Typing
- General administration: scanning, ordering of stationery
- Travel and accommodation arrangements
- Quality Assistance including preparing and keeping Quality files up to date
- Financial Assistance, including assistance with: WIP and AR
- Invoicing and collections
- Proposal and project budget reconciliation and management
- Closing proposals and making inactive
- Project PREP
- Sub-consultant Contracts and invoices
- Team meetings including and taking of minutes, co-ordination of updating of resource plan and printing relevant documentation
- Telephone management
- Update Specialist Database
