GSD&M is looking for a Talent/Human Resources Intern. To be eligible, you must be enrolled in a college or university and at least a junior in credits. We are also accepting new college graduate applications for this position.

The Human Resources Intern will support the People department but work directly with the Talent Acquisition Manager to represent the agency in GSD&M’s recruitment efforts.

GSD&M is looking for a Human Resources Intern. The Human Resources Intern will support the People department but work directly with the Talent Acquisition Manager to represent the agency in GSD&M’s recruitment efforts.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Develop an understanding of the agency, its history and vision, as well as each department’s role, responsibility and hiring needs.
• Learn all aspects of the recruitment process from sourcing, pre-screening, screening, and placement of candidates.
• Build relationships and partner with hiring managers, candidates and vendors to develop interview schedules (on-site, phone, Skype) that reflect the GSD&M experience.
• Develop new ideas on how to further enhance the candidate experience.
• Support the internship program by serving as a main point of contact for deliverables and questions.
• Coordinate intern activities
• Coordinate and attend appropriate recruiting events.
• Support other aspects of the People department, as needed.
