]]>Essential Job Responsibilities:
• Together with the Regulatory Affairs Manager conduct due diligences on new product dossiers.
• Supporting Regulatory Affairs Managers with maintenance of dossiers e.g. variations, PI Amendments
•Following-up on feedback and requirements from the MCC or other OSA regulatory authorities
• With the assistance of the RA Manager, amend and update package inserts and packaging artwork in line with basic text and MCC requirements and ensuring compliance with the approved registration dossier (MRF)
• Maintaining of proper records of all correspondence, applications, etc. relevant to registration
• Assistance with other ad-hoc Regulatory specific projects e.g. labelling compliance, audit requirements
What are the requirements?
Qualifications: Scientific Degree, B.Sc., Biomedical or related.
Complexity: Be able to interpret and understand Regulatory Guidelines
Knowledge:
• Communication and inter-personal skills.
• Inspire teamwork and motivate others towards goal achievement.
Pressure:
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Ability to meet the deadlines for regulatory specific projects

]]>Purpose
Provide a financial control, accounting, reporting, measurement and analytical service for the Cx business within the Finance department.
To ensure financial controls and systems are maintained on a monthly basis.
Performing month-end procedures and ensuring month-end deadlines are met.
Key responsibilities
•Preparing month-end journals and ensuring these are processed within the required month-end timetable.
•Preparing and communicating daily/ weekly sales report by brand and customer to the Cx commercial business.
•Preparing brand P&L’s
•Preparing customer P&L’s
•Preparing and communicating to budget holders monthly overheads report of actuals vs budgets.
•Preparing monthly sales reports for gross and net sales
•Preparing monthly yield trackers and price volume analysis.
•Consolidating monthly sales forecasts done by the sales team.
•Perform monthly Balance sheet reconciliations.
•Ad-hoc requests and assistance with quarterly requests.
•Releasing of supplier payments.
•Maintenance of knowledge documents and SOP’s.
•Support to the Finance Manager on a daily basis in assistance to the sales team.
•Assistance to the Finance Manager with annual budget preparations, monthly forecasts, internal plan compilations and assistance with the management thereof.
Qualification/Experience
•Studying towards B.Com, Financial Management or Accounting
•JD Edwards (Not critical)
•Microsoft Office Suite including excel, word and PowerPoint
•Advanced excel knowledge essential
Must be studying part time in 2012
