Dis-Chem Pharmacies has an exciting opportunity for Unemployment South African Human Resource Graduate. The candidate will be required to assist with administrating COIDA claims; provident fund claims, capturing data on excel spread sheets and taking minutes in various forums.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and maintain various types of records relevant to the department according to Dis-Chem standard operating procedures.
  • Ensure to conduct work in line with Dis-Chem and industry professional standard.
  • Maintain existing information systems for the department, and be able to report on these if needed.
  • Familiarise oneself on a constant basis with the Dis-Chem structures and its various departments to facilitate operational effectiveness of the department.
  • Execute instructions that were received from superiors on a daily basis according to set guidelines.
  • Maintain effective working relationships and communication with colleagues.
  • Keep informed of current affairs related to the retail industry and own departments functioning.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the business unit functions and duties and act accordingly.
  • Maintain good working relationships with external clients.
  • Effectively communicate with colleagues and clients in a verbal and written manner when applicable.

What are the requirements?

To be considered, applicant should meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Grade 12 / Matric or Senior Certificate
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Industrial Relations or any related qualification
  • Be a South African citizen
  • MIE, clear criminal and credit record
  • 1-2 years relevant experience will be advantageous

The Incumbent will be responsible for:

During the internship programme you will be accommodated in a functional business area. Often you will shadow senior or more experienced members of staff, receiving one to one guidance as you progress. Training can also include on-the-job training, in-house training or a series of short external courses.

The applicant should meet these requirements:

  • Newly qualified graduates with a degree in either: Business Administration; BCom Accounting, Legal, Human Resources or Communications

Work Output

 

      Project management

 

      • Assist OD Project with the following duties:

Independent Police Investigative Directorate (IPID), the state organ tasked with ensuring independent oversight over the South African Police Service (SAPS) and the Municipal Police Services (MPS), and conducting independent and impartial investigations of identified criminal offenses allegedly committed by members of the SAPS and the MPS, currently has a vacancy for an Intern: Human Resource Development applications are invited from graduates with national diploma or degree in Human Resource Management or Human Resource Development. Requirements:
