Unemployed graduates with a recognised National Diploma/B- Tech Degree in Human Resource Management/Development. He/she must be self-driven and must be computer literate. The incumbent must be able to work under pressure and should have good interpersonal and communications skills (both verbal and writing).
Duties:
The successful candidate will be trained on the following duties:
– Identify training needs
– Develop Workplace Skills Plan
– Develop Training & procedure manual / guide
– Develop and Implement Service delivery & training policies
– Develop training material
– Co-ordinate training
– Administer bursaries, Internships and Learnerships
– Compile reports on training and projects
– Keep financial records of all directorate’s activities
– Minute taking
– Dealing with procurement issues
– Perform administrative duties
– Develop Service Delivery & Training policies

The successful candidate will report to the ICT Deputy Director and will be responsible for: Filing system, Assist with documenting and updating information such as software licenses, system configuration, making travel arrangement for ICT officials, taking of calls etc. Arrange for ICT meetings; Sending and receiving e-mail and faxes, Assist with the sourcing of quotations compilation of requests for ICT equipment and completion of orders, monthly telephone and network accounts.

Applicants are required to be in possession of a Grade 12 qualification, a degree or diploma in Financial Management or equivalent.
What will you be doing if appointed?
The following are the key responsibilities of the interns: – analyse expenditure reports and manage the budget ad general administration – execute payments to creditors – monitor budgets and compare to actual costs and revenue – ensure development and maintanance of budgeting system – assist with preparation of annual budget i.r.o input on income – prepare monthly statutory returns and status report – analyse to determine trend – implement budgetary control measures and scrutinise on a monthly basis.
