The incumbent must be able to work under pressure and should have good interpersonal and communications skills (both verbal and writing).
Duties:
The successful candidate will be trained on the following duties:
– Identify training needs
– Develop Workplace Skills Plan
– Develop Training & procedure manual / guide
– Develop and Implement Service delivery & training policies
– Develop training material
– Co-ordinate training

– Keep financial records of all directorate’s activities
